This steampunk necklace has a spider web clock face adorned with Swarovski crystals and a vintage blue flower with an amber-colored crystal in the center placed on a silver filigree. The smaller pendant holds another vintage blue flower with a crystal center. The blue keyhole is hung by an upcycled blue chain.

Mixed Metal Earrings

See how I call them mixed metal earrings? Fancy, eh? It's because I don't have any copper jump rings or headpins. Shhhh. I used my new ball-peen hammer and dapping set. Thanks Bead Monkey!

Erik and I disagree about which picture is better, so you get two. Which one do you like better?

Jill's Necklace

Mariah Carey Earrings

Stacy and I took a hammered earring class on Monday night. I learned how to use a ball-peen hammer to texturize metal. I also got to use a dapping block for the first time to create the curve of the metal. WANT!

Mommy Cosmic Ring Necklace

Does this clasp look familiar, Heather? I had to get one for myself. It's so delicate and pretty.

I wish I could capture how sparkle of the cosmic ring. They do a better job here.

Inspire

The nomenclature of this necklace is a bit misleading as I was mostly inspired to commit homicide and not art as I had intended. I had a hard time affixing the flowers to the washer (note: I need to purchase some nail head rivets). Instead, I had to wire wrap it while listening to a screaming, sad toddler clinging to my leg. The necklace turned out okay but Piper? I guess time will tell.
